The board of directors reported to policyholders in June 2007 on compliance with the PPFM for the period 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006, together with the bonus declaration for the year ending 2006 which was announced on 22 February 2007. At the same time, the With-Profits Actuary reported to policyholders. Additionally, an external assessment of compliance was carried out by the Tillinghast business of Towers Perrin.
