It's tax efficient
- 20% instant tax relief. For every £100 you invest in your pension, the taxman adds £25. In other words, you only pay 80% of the £125 that gets invested in your fund.
- What's more, you can pay up to 100% of your UK taxable earnings or up to £3,600 gross (whichever is more) into your pension each tax year and still receive full tax relief.
